“Our focus on being diverse and inclusive makes us stronger,” said Marc Lautenbach, CEO and President of Pitney Bowes. “We didn’t strive to create a diverse team and board because it was trendy. We have a diverse workforce, leadership team and board and we know we can and must continue to do more.”
Since the 1980s, Pitney Bowes has had women and people of color on its Board of Directors. Currently, 50 percent of the company’s Board and 43 percent of the global workforce are women.
