Attempt for statewide face covering mandate wouldn't be successful, Gov. Evers says

In a conference call with reporters Tuesday, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers said he received a phone call earlier this week from a business leader who asked him to issue a statewide mandate for face coverings. The plea from the businessman, Evers said, would help protect the state's recovering economy, which the man said depends on people wearing masks.
